Welcome to Big Red Trailer

ABOUT US:

As the name states, we are a Big Red Trailer.  We were undecided what to name our trailer. When customers asked where that delightful smell was coming from, we kept telling people to go to the big red trailer, so the name stuck.  We opened our doors in 2022 and have been roaming around the DFW Metroplex and beyond catering and doing various events and festivals.

ABOUT OUR FOOD:

All of our meat is smoked fresh right off the rotisserie smoker in the trailer.  You can’t miss the alluring smell of the smoke wafting through the air drawing in people from afar. 

We offer a diverse menu.  You can add our delicious smoked chicken, brisket or pulled pork to your choice of street tacos, loaded nachos or quesadillas, all made fresh to order. 

You don’t want to miss out on our signature dish, “The Cowboy Pepper”.  It will leave you asking for more.  A jumbo jalapeno stuffed with smoked chicken, three kinds of cheese, a few spices then wrapped in bacon and smoked to perfection. 

Don’t forget about the sliders.  The cheesesteak is by far the star but the brisket and pulled pork are tough competition.  It’s hard to decide which one to get so we suggest you try one of each.
